Founded in 2007, it aligns with Etisalat’s outsourcing strategy of having an offshore development center to leverage the cost and human resources advantages of a location like Bangalore, India. It was created with a vision to be a ‘Dedicated Offshore Arm’ for all Etisalat group companies.
The initial focus was on telecom billing applications and gradually over a period of time and the company has now expanded its services into other domains.
