Domain Skills: Java, J2ee, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, Servlets, Database (specify)

Job Description:
•	Shall be responsible for customization of a product or a group of modules within the product specific to customer needs
•	Shall be required to technically guide a group of Senior Software Engineers (4-5 yrs experienced) and Software Engineers (1-3yrs experienced)
•	Shall be responsible for interacting with the customer for understanding the customization requirement and following up on issues that shall come up during development and delivery
•	Shall be responsible for customization in both J2EE and needs to be hands on in J2EE development
•	Shall be able to trouble shoot, debug, tune J2EE as well and JDeveloper for J2EE • Shall need to guide the engineers on planning for Database objects on Oracle
•	Shall be competent to explain and implement naming and coding conventions and other software engineering conventions
•	Shall be capable of providing design inputs
•	Shall be competent with UML designs and guiding engineers with the designs
Requirement:
•	Should have worked on products or projects having both large OLTP as well as batch processing sub-systems like in Telecom Billing
•	Should have worked on J2EE projects
•	Should be familiar with working in Solaris or HP-UX environment
•	Should be familiar with ISO-9001 as applicable to Software Development
•	Should be hands on, and ready and capable of solving technical problems of juniors and subordinates
•	Should have strong written and spoken English skills
