Job Description:
•	Experience in designing and implementing custom made solutions
•	Object Oriented Analysis and Design experience is essential
•	Knowledge in Telecom Mediation, rating and billing application domains is preferable
•	Knowledge of Telecom industry OSS/BSS, specifically NGOSS, eTOM etc and experience developing software solutions for Telecom is essential
•	Telecommunication Engineering Knowledge - General concept of PSTN / PLMN / IN / Internet networks etc, Basic knowledge of concepts like asn, binary, hex, tbcd, bcd etc, Ability to analyze the ASN/binary data which is generated from different network elements, apply business rules and generate different output
•	Working experience in SUN platforms, Oracle
•	Experience with complex, large, multi-platform solutions is a strong plus
•	Strong conceptual design skills are a must, should have strong SDLC knowledge using UML/RUP
•	Ability to gather and document business, functional & technical requirements across the SDLC
•	Required experience in proof-of-concept, preplanning, gap analysis, system testing, and business process improvement
•	Need to have good Innovation and Technical Excellence, and written and verbal communication skills
