| • | Degree in IT/Computing |
| • | 9 years working in IT with 4+ years experience in Telecom Industry. Strong background of Customer Care and Billing applications especially workforce Management solution is required. Knowledge of key components of Workforce management such as work-order lifecycle, resource assignments, Resource scheduling. resource tracking, and work order delivery is essential |
| • | Hands-on experience creating, modifying business process in Oracle Workflows will be preferred |
| • | Knowledge of leading Telecom COTS applications is desirable |
| • | Knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS, specifically NGOSS, eTOM and SID and experience developing software solutions for Telecom is required |
| • | Familiarity of Telecom products and business process is essential |
| • | Proven experience with Struts, XML, UML, Web Services Experience developing and debugging Java with the jDeveloper/ eClipse IDE |
| • | Experience with Oracle RDBMS and SQL skills including writing procedures is must |
| • | Experience on working on Unix environment is must |
| • | Able to capture and interpreting business / functional requirements; producing comprehensive business / functional requirements documentation, the ability to translate business requirements in to technical specifications |
| • | Understanding of designing software using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and familiarity with RUP or similar agile SDLC methodologies is must |
| • | Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience directly working with business as well as technical stakeholders |
| • | Able to lead diverse teams, multi-task, and work under pressure to meet schedule targets |
| • | Able to develop and maintain project plans, issues logs and status reports |
| • | Teamwork, take Ownership, Initiative, and Leadership skills required |
| • | Must be familiar with version control tools like CVS, IBM Clear Case |
