Job Description:
•	Having good experience in PL/SQL Programming such as - Developing Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers and user - defined Packages
•	Handling Oracle Supplied Packages
•	Handling Extensive Query optimization and Performance Tuning
•	Handling User defined Data types and Collections
•	Handling User defined and & Built-in Exceptions
•	Handling Migration process between two Oracle Databases
•	Having exposure in Oracle Streams
•	Having exposure on Testing concepts and involved in unit testing and DB testing
•	Having exposure in DBA activities, involved in Database and schema creation & Database maintenance
Additional Responsibilities:
•	Table Design - Designed Tables based on Normalization by enforcing constraints to ensure integrity of database and Designed External tables for data accessing from files.
•	Schema Creation - Creating user with corresponding Privileges, Roles & Profiles
•	Database Object Creation - Creating Views, Sequences, Index, and Partitions
•	Performance Tuning - Optimizing the search path of queries involved using EXPLAIN PLAN. Placing different types of Index wherever necessary, using bind variables, using BULK COLLECT DML operations and normalizing and demoralizing tables wherever required.
•	Data Upload - Loading data from flat file into Oracle database using SQL Loader.
•	Review - Perform reviews on code design frequently to ensure standards are being adhered to & provide technical support to peers and other development teams.
•	Handled DBMS Packages wherever necessary - DBMS_JOB, UTL_FILE, DBMS_SQL, DBMS_DDL and DBMS_OUTPUT.
•	DB Deploy Tool – This tool is used to maintain the Database versions and to apply the newly created scripts into DB environments.
•	Migration Process – Data from Legacy Database is populated into new Oracle Database using DB Links and specific set of rules
•	Oracle Streams – Maintaining the audit process of Production data using oracle streams, all DML operations are captured and new/modified data is copied into audit schema with other system information.
