| • | Responsible for design, code, and implementation of new applications using Teradata Enterprise Data warehouse in addition to customizing application and data access tools to accommodate user needs. In addition, he/she is responsible for designing, coding, and implementing new data source to the data warehouse, customizing ETL environment and data access tools to source system |
Typical responsibilities include: |

| • | Design and code query / report scripts |
| • | Code programs to meet special user needs |
| • | Create scripts to retrieve, process and present data for the user |
| • | Prototype applications with business experts |
| • | Support application and data access tools (like Hyperion etc.) |
| • | Create and maintain metadata layer |
| • | Create Business Objects reports in a format requested by end users (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Business Objects reports etc.) |
| • | Setup security layer and maintain users' access settings |
| • | Design and code ETL scripts and mappings (i.e DataStage) |
| • | Code programs to meet special ETL needs |
| • | Customize ETL environment and Support ETL tools |
| • | Optimize &Tune Performance |
| • | Experience with Teradata loading tools (Multiload, Fastload etc.) |
| • | Have good listening skills to be able to understand ETL processes and interpret those needs into effective ETL design |
